Pros

- Good working environment - Supportive admin ad HR teams - Encouraging policies for work life balance, social life, personal life - Good pay package break ups - Quarterly parties - Learning opportunities for those who wants to learn - Some of the great team leads who support you in your creative work pattern and thinking - Best company I can say for female employees - Best CEO (Neil), I can say on terms of behaviour, entertainment, thinking, keeping employees happy in various means

Cons

Note: Most of the cons mentioned here, I hope are for short-term which has occurred in last one and half year due to removed/ willingly leaving last CEO and his management panel. I am sure company will rock again with the return of one of the best face CEO Neil. - Less projects in pipeline due to previous management (anyways they are out now) - so hope for growth revived - Salary offered is as per your previous package. No standards - Finally, Bad company for them who don't want to work and always creeb against everything against company without having the interest to work or don't know anything

Pros

- Allows individuals to explore and grow. - Gr8 place to combine technical skills with functional skills. Upgrade from technical to techno-functional. Current Digital innovation is working on cutting edge solutions for our clients. - Mostly open door policy with all senior management. Approachable and earnest.

Cons

- Not for people who are not adaptable or unwilling to try something new. - Management under going change. Major upheaval in senior management. Should settle down in couple of months.

Pros

Working in CAPCO Bangalore from last 4 years, good place to work because - salaries are good, even useless resources are getting good salaries - work is good, earlier was MUREX shop but now other work in Retail banking space for PM,PMO, Good project managers. - not a bad company for Java and microsoft technology, although small but still company takes good care of such people either by compensating them or by allowing them to move to other skills. - Very friendly to employees, lots of parties - Not a company for those who want to have easy life, who can hide behind and continue to survive for years like in large IT services firms such as Infosys, wipro, TCS. - Any person who want to explore and experiment with minimum intervention, good place to be in. - fruits a day - there are good number of people who are >5 years in firm, which means it knows how to take care of good performers - Good murex trainings - laptops to everyone even freshers, sim card to everyone, data dongle to good number of people(pm approves though but everyone gets it) - personalized cabs for chosen few, luck guys - separate program to nurture freshers and groom them, never seen in big firms such a focus and investment.

Cons

- need to be more strict in handling non performers - travels are less, management to find how to get travels opportunities for its employees - more trainings to employees - stronger HR team - find good resources who are not here for money but for contribution, end of the day it is still a small firm who need only talent not average performers - compensate your great performers, you are treating them like avgerage performers, even rewarding well avg performers. - do more clean up - more friendly finance team - realize people that if you pay, you means business. - more stronger sr management and project managers, very less credible and good managers today, hardly 2-3.
