Pros

Has free snacks and drinks.

Cons

- If you work in their Performance Hub / Managed Services team, you get treated like an outcast compared to non- Managed Services teams. - No team movement, minimum 2 years for a promotion regardless of work ethic, performance, or qualifications.

Pros

- Progressive firm with clear career progression paths in fair time frames - Partners very loyal to those who deliver consistently and work hard for them - Expanding into new markets like Energy and Insurance

Cons

- Bonuses are typically poor and process lacks transparency leaving a lot of frustration from colleagues - Paternity leave policy of 2 weeks is very poor and not fitting of a market leading company. - While the twice a year promotion process is good it is a lot of overhead for team leads and causes bottlenecks with client delivery
