      Pros

      seamless experience, where it was well structured and the team really wants to you know for who you are before they assess if you can do the job. The team culture be yourself at work really manifests itself in real life where the team embraces individuality and uniqueness.

      Cons

      Hope that the onboarding tasks can be sent out a bit earlier to give more time to submit background checks info, and perhaps allows employees to to perform onboarding trainings ahead of time to prep for the job.

      Capco has been an incredibly supportive and collaborative environment. From day one, I felt welcomed by my team and coworkers. The leadership is approachable, resourceful, and genuinely invested in your growth. I never felt like I was on my own—there was always someone willing to help or guide me through challenges. The culture promotes learning and teamwork, which made a big difference in my experience.

      Cons

      One area that could use improvement is the handling of certain employee benefits. For example, gym membership reimbursements are taxed, which reduces the actual value of the benefit. It would be great to see more tax-efficient wellness perks in the future. Additionally, streamlining some internal processes could enhance the overall employee experience.
