Thanks for your review, it’s important to us that we get honest feedback so that we can continue to make Capco a great place to work. We have a structured process in place for managers to follow around performance reviews, including best practice guides and training, along with resources for all colleagues. We also take mental health concerns very seriously and have numerous channels in place for colleagues to seek support where needed, including our Mental Health First Aiders, employee assistance programme and Mental Health Hub.
