1. Very international firm, with colleagues from diverse background 2. Colleagues are friendly and helpful 3. Senior Management are approachable and willing to provide support and guidance to the juniors

Cons

1. Salary package and benefits can be more attractive 2. Business needs to expand, so that we could get more projects

Pros

pay more than other companies (mostly due to poor rep) get exposure to more projects than big4 (mostly because leadership dont want to)

Cons

in SG hire foreigners into leadership roles all offices promote favourites VS most competent no clear operating model, regularly use unethical practices to stop you getting support (the COO has misled multiple people)

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced subject matter experts who have a long tenure at Capco and have worked across a number of our different regions. All our leaders have deep industry experience and strong knowledge of Capco and the local market in which they operate. We hold two promotion cycles per year and have a clear promotion process in place alongside clear promotion guidelines. Promotions take into account a number of different factors based on level, including feedback from multiple stakeholders to remove the opportunity for bias and to ensure a fair assessment. We have strict policies in place, including our Code of Conduct, to ensure that people have a clear understanding of expectations around behavior, practices, and conduct. We also have defined channels for reporting any concerns, including our independent reporting helpline, Speak Up. All employees complete mandatory training on our Code of Conduct, and we do not tolerate any behavior which does not align with the standards set out in this.
