Pros

Capco continues to do some of the most innovative consulting in Financial Services. I am lucky to work with incredible people from the SMEs to the career consultants to the strategists, etc. We are working on brilliant offerings in data and tech and I am confident that global and regional management will coalesce around a strategy.

Cons

There are some growing pains and bumps here and there, but efforts are being made to fix issues.

Pros

Ability to build strong relationships with really talented people. Variety of client and project opportunities provides a challenging work environment. Promotion and career building is entirely in your hands if you're willing to grind and develop your brand.

Cons

Lack of clear and coherent strategy for what type of company we want to be sometimes leads to sales/business development and investment decisions that don't seem to align. Company sometimes feels like it's being run on a month to month or quarter to quarter basis as strategic planning and decision making isn't communicated widely.
