- Supportive leadership, flat structure: Almost 2 years with Capco, management encouraged/allowed me to work on initiatives and projects that align with my specific areas of expertise and skill sets. - Contribution is recognised with advancement opportunities - Values its employees' personal needs and provides comprehensive support - Great colleagues with diverse background and expertise Great place for professional development and growth.

Cons

Because Capco is a consulting company, entry level employees join a project wherever they're needed. Non transferrable skills are drilled into you which I hate.

Pros

Stability - Long standing clients - good job security

Cons

Difficult to get promoted when working in large Capco teams. That said there are stand alone roles that will allow you to establish yourself. There is quite a few resource augmentation roles, however you can use these roles to bring your own value.
