Pros

Capco offers a strong consulting culture with exposure to global BFSI clients across banking, capital markets, and risk. The work is challenging in a good way—you are encouraged to think, question, and contribute rather than just execute tasks. Teams are generally collaborative and supportive, and leadership is approachable compared to many large consulting firms. The biggest strength is the learning curve. You get to work on real client problems, not just internal projects, and that builds strong domain and consulting skills. The company also promotes diversity and inclusion and gives people a voice through open forums and feedback channels. Work-life balance is better than most consulting firms, especially compared to Big 4 or pure-play strategy firms.

Cons

Project timelines can be demanding at times, but they offer great learning and client exposure. As Capco continues to evolve under Wipro, some processes are still being refined, creating opportunities for improvement and growth.
