As presented at the recent Town Hall, there is a wide variety of interesting work available across a portfolio of clients. Promotions are based on evidence of sustained performance at the next level alongside a number of other factors. Performance reviews take into account feedback from a variety of stakeholders to ensure a fair process. As we approach the year-end review process, we would encourage you to take advantage of any HR briefing sessions or reach out directly to learn more about the process.
