Thanks for sharing your feedback. Capco offers comprehensive benefits to our employees. We’re glad to hear that these have been important to you. The figure you quoted on attrition is not correct, our attrition is nowhere near that level. Attrition has been at or below industry standards in Capco. There are many opportunities to progress and develop as we grow the firm and these factors contribute to the higher retention levels we enjoy. There are several ways in which people are recognized for their contributions. This is very important to us. Our structure is matrixed, with industry and capability domains. It is relatively flat which means employees have more direct access to senior leaders and more opportunity to make an impact. Our 401(k) plan is highly competitive with a significant match. Through the 401(k), our people can defer some of their income on a tax-deferred basis and benefit from earnings and a significant match. With regard to placement in roles, we have dedicated resourcing professionals who focus exclusively on finding suitable projects for consultants (mindful of both skills and personal development). The way we staff projects is inclusive and interactive. We encourage employees to share their interests in different types of work. Everyone has visibility of all available opportunities and people are free to apply directly for roles of interest to them. While we can’t always accommodate every request, we do make it a priority to place people in the roles they are seeking so they are highly motivated and will be successful. As the firm is enjoying rapid growth a broader range of opportunities are available to our employees. Please feel free to reach out to our Americas HR Lead, Mary Keller, to discuss your feedback and how we might best support you.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the market-leading compensation and benefits offered by Capco. We regularly assess our offering in the market to ensure that we remain competitive. It is difficult to respond fully to your other comments without understanding your specific circumstances, however, Capco has a robust performance management in place. We operate a 6-monthly review cycle and hold roundtables to ensure that multiple people have an input into an individual's assessment. If any employee has any concerns or questions regarding our process at any time, we would encourage them to speak with their HR representative who would be happy to discuss.

Great Company For Growth

Business Outlook

Pros

-Friendly culture and supportive environment -Small enough that you can learn most peoples names and have a sense of community with the company as a whole -Willing to take risks in terms of business opportunities and allows junior members to run with initiatives if capable -So far, has been a place that rewards and recognizes high achievers

Cons

There are wide spread concerns that the recent private equity purchase will negatively impact promotions, wage increases and bonuses. While this may increase profits in the short term, this will definitely increase turnover, particularly for high performing talent who will be forced to seek employment elsewhere. High performers should be paid market standards for retention purposes since they are often the ones enabling existing accounts to see the value from hiring Capco consultants. High and low performers have many opportunities to join larger consulting firms and attrition of top talent due to compensation discrepancies will negatively impact the long term health of Capco and will be noticeable in their long term accounts.

Thanks for your review and we are delighted to hear that you are enjoying the many benefits and opportunities on offer at Capco. Regarding your comments on compensation, there are many reviews on this forum that talk about Capco's market-leading compensation and benefits. As a firm, we regularly undertake a benchmarking exercise to ensure that we are rewarding our employees competitively in the market, compared with our competitors, this includes the Big 4. The firm continues to run a robust performance management process, with 6-monthly review cycles to ensure that employees are recognized and rewarded for their contribution, have the opportunity to progress quickly in the firm, and receive regular developmental feedback. If you have specific concerns or suggestions regarding this then please speak with Mary Keller or your HR Business Partner. Thanks for your continued contribution to the firm!
