Good company - but less projects

Pros

- People are really good here. - Salary is good. - Employee benefit is good. -Annual bonus

Cons

They don't have projects much in development and even if you get into any that doesn't last longer. So most of the time you will end up being on bench and after 3 months they will ask you go into garden leave(3months notice period).

Pros

Encourage networking and visibility, good environment for highly social personality with much experience in navigating in a hostile pool of crocodiles equivalent hungry for recognition.

Cons

Final performance rating is determined by the outcome of a roundtable discussion where your coach has to present your case which does not necessarily reflects your true contribution, and very much depends on the willingness of your coach to fight for you - which more often than not they DONT, just to avoid additional scrutiny from management. Very unprofessional setting where a quid pro quo relationship is explicitly encouraged by your coach/peers/senior management where feedbacks are traded to help in presenting their rating in the roundtable.
