      The company is focused on collaboration that supports connecting with leadership and working with colleagues at all levels regardless of seniority. There is a push for individuals and teams to have ownership of their work and are encouraged to bring new ideas forward, both internally and with clients to generate business. There are many socials in the office and activities for all interests, but it requires a balance to manage time and meet deadlines. Depending on the project and your focus area, you have the opportunity to work with different clients, lines of businesses, and types of projects in Financial Services. There is the opportunity to grow your career here. Benefits coverage is good.

      Cons

      There have been some leadership changes recently, which will hopefully translate to growth for the business and ensure long-term stability especially within the current market. Performance reviews have improved but could have more transparency and support/ emphasize a wider range of of experience. As with many consulting firms, each person is asked to deliver on many tasks and responsibilities, however continuing to add structured support will help ensure a sustained balance.
