Pros

Free soft drinks and the occasional massage, but that's about it.

Cons

- Working with incompetent Principle Consultants who only know how to put PPT presentations together - You have to lick a** to get anywhere or on a half-decent project - You will either be on a useless, dead project or on the bench for most of your time - If you are a Junior, you will be used and taken advantage of - Management likes to micromanage and take credit for your work - Principal Consultants (Design) Have no clue how to use design tools like Figma and only have the gift of the gab! If you want to progress in your career, learn new technology, and work on amazing, interesting projects... Capco is NOT the place for you.

Pros

Capco has been an incredibly supportive and collaborative environment. From day one, I felt welcomed by my team and coworkers. The leadership is approachable, resourceful, and genuinely invested in your growth. I never felt like I was on my own—there was always someone willing to help or guide me through challenges. The culture promotes learning and teamwork, which made a big difference in my experience.

Cons

One area that could use improvement is the handling of certain employee benefits. For example, gym membership reimbursements are taxed, which reduces the actual value of the benefit. It would be great to see more tax-efficient wellness perks in the future. Additionally, streamlining some internal processes could enhance the overall employee experience.
