Specialised industry experience. Good career progress. Flat hirearchy improved diversity in employees from different culture and background

Projects are not diverse. Promotions process so long to be communicated. No good work/life balance (expected to be invloved into community work]

Pros

Tbh not really. I found it to be highly disorganised.

Cons

Unstructured, random who gets the roles. Also the commercial consulting wanted skillful at all. The projects given to Capco were just throw away projects from tier 1/2 banks - for career progression this was not a good idea.
