Badly managed projects, inexperienced people in senior positions that are not technically able to manage client relationships and are clueless about technical aspects of work, lots of messing around with resources, lacks structure on any agreed deliverables, managers do not share information until pestered to do so. Discriminates on pay based on racial background in comparison to what has been advertised for the role. Openly violates competitive practices by sharing details across projects within the same industry across teams while at same time expecting to complete compliance courses - hypocrites. Managers have zero accountability and like to set unrealistic timelines that have not even been agreed with the client. Managers don't listen to team members unless the client shows interest in the team member's output. Likes to use team members as scapegoats in project engagements. Literally all the projects they have, have similar dynamics - badly executed in clueless teams with questionable skills.
