Individual contributions are regularly reviewed and recognized, whether through our formal performance management process which includes roundtables and two promotion cycles per year, or through employee reward and recognition schemes. We encourage all employees to speak up if they require additional support or have feedback to share regarding our policies and processes and there are numerous internal channels for this.
