We regularly assess our offering in the market to ensure that we remain competitive. It is difficult to respond fully to your other comments without understanding your specific circumstances, however, Capco has a robust performance management in place. We operate a 6-monthly review cycle and hold roundtables to ensure that multiple people have an input into an individual's assessment. If any employee has any concerns or questions regarding our process at any time, we would encourage them to speak with their HR representative who would be happy to discuss.

Capco offers market-leading compensation and benefits, and regularly undertakes a bench-marking exercise to ensure they remain competitive. In addition, the firm often seeks feedback from employees on the benefits package offered through different forums. As a people business, we invest in our managers. However, if an employee has a specific concern to raise regarding management, then they are encouraged to do this via their HR Business Partner, Coach or a member of the leadership team.
