Thanks for your review, and the great review title! We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying working at Capco. As a growing firm, Capco offers great opportunities for those looking to develop and progress at all levels within their career. Our 'no time in grade' policy, limited hierarchy and bureaucracy, and open access to leadership help to remove barriers, and make it easier for people to pursue their interests, and a career path which aligns with their aspirations. It's difficult to comment on the other points you list without knowing the specifics of your location, however, as part of Capco's transition to an independent firm we are looking at a large number of our workspaces. Thanks for your contribution to the Capco team!
