Pros

Capco is a great firm that has a wide variety of projects. Most of these fall under the category of Agile work, Conversions, and Product launches within Financial Services. The L&D opportunities are an added benefit, and you can enhance your skills easily.

Cons

Can be a bit difficult to achieve promotion and you can easily feel distanced unless you're close with leadership. Capco should make it easier to grow internally and help with career progression. Bonuses tend to be on the lighter side.
