1. Flat Organization: You can go and speak to the Leadership without any formalities. Your opinions are values and you are given various platforms to perform or make an impact. 2. Quality of Work: Capco works with Top Tier clients in the Commercial and Investment banking domain. You get to learn a lot and associate with global clients associates. 3. Trainings and Leaning eco-systems: A very supportive firm in terms of support to learning and also in terms of trainings that are offered for employees.

Cons

1. Small Firm : Capco is a relatively smaller firm and hence does not have the kind of infrastructure /Campus like a larger firm like Accenture or Infosys. But, Capco makes up for this in terms of compensation and learning opportunities.
