From your comments, it suggests that you are concerned that your past performance is still having a negative and unfair impact on your reputation and progression. If this is the case, I urge you to raise it with your manager and HR contact so that they can either reassure you that this is not the case or investigate and remedy the situation. Certainly the fact that your performance may be more visible to leaders in a medium-sized firm should not impact the assessment of your performance in any way that is not fair.
