Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your internship at our firm. One thing which many candidates and new joiners comment on are the people at Capco - how approachable, open and friendly our employees are. Capco's non-hierarchical structure and collaborative approach supports this, with junior consultants regularly working alongside more senior consultants and Partners. Thanks for your contribution to the firm and we wish you the best of luck in your future career.

Thank you for your review. Our people, and their ability to grow their careers at Capco, are very important to us. We place significant emphasis on continuous learning, through classroom, e-learning and on-the-job learning opportunities. Our attrition continues to be below industry standard. We believe this is due to the career growth potential at Capco and the ability to learn from talented professionals and make a difference. If you would like support in building your network then please reach out to your Coach or HR Business Partner.

Pros

The people and culture. There is a great bunch of people in the Edinburgh Office who I learn from every day. Fun events like rock climbing, half marathons for charity, Edinburgh Festival fireworks from the office, summer party, team bowling, etc. There are great opportunities to get involved in things like - Be Yourself At Work, thought leadership, recruitment, business development, helping to shape the company vision, doing great work for clients, etc. You manage your career. Good pay and benefits as well.

Cons

Not a cons for me but Consultancy isn't for everyone. If you like variety, challenge and taking ownership of your career then it is.
