Service based/ consultancy so depends on client. Once the project is completed will be put on bench.

Pros

Employees are allowed to be quite flexible in terms of managing own career and work aspiration. Bosses don't usually disturb or intrude into staff's work and personal life. Pay is quite decent and depending on the client's demand, work can be very hectic or balance.

Cons

Depending on the client, work can be very hectic and ridiculously demanding, or it can be quite balance. There is not much client to choose as the company has very limited anchor clients. Project demands are very limited, hence there is not much room for professional growth and advancement. Management can be quite loose and unprofessional in handling staffs that are on bench (off project), having them working on unproductive and uninspiring work. There are also quite a lot of politic problems within the organization, amounting to departure of good resources feeling unutilized and unappreciated.
