Pros

Feels like a genuine meritocracy and very flat structure - people at all levels in the firm are accessible. Type of work available is diversifying and can be highly challenging at times.

Cons

"Back office" support very slim which can be a little frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you enjoy working at Capco and it's great having you as part of the team! Your review captures perfectly many of the things which make Capco such a great place to work from our meritocratic culture and lack of hierarchy to challenging, interesting and rewarding work assignments. Capco has grown (and continues to grow) at a rapid pace, which can sometimes be challenging for our support functions. However, we recognise the value add of these functions to our business and our employees and as Capco enters a new chapter for the firm, we will be ensuring that we have the correct infrastructure in place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We couldn't agree more that Capco employees are passionate about what they do and this shines through in our culture! In fact, one of the key positives highlighted in our recent global people survey was Capco's great culture. People also told us in the survey that they are excited about Capco's future and the opportunities they have to learn and grow. From your comments, it seems that you may not fully agree with these views and we would ask that you raise any specific concerns, questions or suggestions you may have with the APAC HR Lead, Kimberley Sawyer, your coach or a member of the leadership team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Whilst we are pleased to read that you agree that Capco offers market-leading compensation and benefits, we are disappointed to read some of your other comments. As a fast-growing consulting firm, Capco offers lots of opportunity for career growth and development for those looking to specialize in the financial services sector. Capco's "no time in grade" policy means that individuals can progress within the firm based on their performance. This enables our employees to take control of their career along with Capco's support network of coaches, managers, HR, communities and peers. If there are particular concerns that you wish to raise or recommendations that you would like to put forward, then we would advise you to speak with your HR Business Partner or Coach. Alternatively, please reach out to Capco's HR Director, Richard Gartside who would be happy to discuss these with you.
