Pros

Entrepreneurial culture lets you try and develop initiatives very easily, very flat structure with easy access to partners. Collaborative environment with supportive colleagues, with a great sense of team spirit. Welcomes diversity like no other place, truly and genuinely. Project assignment can be discussed and rarely imposed.

Cons

Sometimes a lack of structure or coordination across the firm, lacking clarity of who sits where and who's doing what.

Pros

- great client mix, which is becoming more and more diverse, creating exciting new opportunities for consultants - strong culture of inclusion, with much less emphasis on hierarchy than other professional services firms - big emphasis on learning & development, which has been maintained throughout COVID, with many courses and resources now available virtually/digitally - lots of support and resources around health & wellbeing, which has been invaluable in the last 12 months

Cons

- nothing major, but internal communications could be a bit more joined up at a global vs local level
