      endless opportunities to take on new challenges, especially in data and analytics partners and senior leaders care about people development

      Cons

      Balancing commercial targets and project delivery can be challenging at times, as you climb up the corporate ladder / or not interested in commercial responsibilities. on the flip side, if you like doing business development this is a great upside

      Some out of place managers. Putting focus on generic "values" such as diversity and inclusion, while not genuinely valuing individuals (you will be a number).
