Banking knowledge shared in internal forums Office location Growth for company - number of employees increased considerably Projects has increased a little (* quality of work is not up to the mark)

Cons

Inefficient managers running workplace like a school Managers favorites people are given charge, too bossy, out of balance individuals Managers and their favorites dismiss ideas other than their own Project quality, work quality is not good, career growth is compromised Employees with good potential are neglected, managers pet are in charge everywhere HR/Admin are only interested in their activities and interests

We certainly do have a talented, passionate and enthusiastic workforce! With regards to your comments on working hours, consulting can be a challenging career requiring long hours and travel at times. However, we always encourage flexible working where possible whether that is time back at the office to connect with colleagues, working from home or taking time out for training. Anyone requiring more flexible working options should discuss options with their HR Business Partner or Coach.
