      Purely a consultant company. When on bench there is lot of insecurity.

      It is understandable in the current climate of uncertainty that people feel insecure at work, particularly if they are waiting to be allocated to a project. However, you should be reassured that Capco has been remarkably resilient to the challenges posed by the pandemic. If any employee has any concerns then they should reach out to their manager or local HR team to discuss.

      Pros

      Strong selection of FS clientele with a variety of interesting projects available. Unlike previous consultancies there is a genuine work-life balance here. Whilst working here I have always been able to choose my next project, this though does get harder (understandably) after you turn down a couple. Capco also have strong culture for diversity. The company has been positive during the crisis, recognising staff effort and performance through promotions and new hiring, but also regular events to maintain motivation. The benefits provided at the company are generally quite good, including the free healthcare which is a big plus!

      Cons

      Occasionally some projects can be a bit mundane but typically from experience this is not common.
