      Some interesting people but slowly they are all leaving.

      Cons

      Very old school mindset and approach to projects, very different from what I was told when I joined the company. A lot of bureaucracy and politics involved in the projects and you always need to be aware because there will always be people trying to harm and undermine you. You will often find yourself in the middle of a battlefield and will never know when management will arrive to terminate your contract, especially when projects do not go as expected.

If you feel like a particular project is becoming political and this stops you performing at your best, please raise this first with your Partner, manager, coach or HR contact. The firm wants to put people in roles where they will be motivated, engaged and perform at their best. If there is an issue we will look to resolve it. Many of the comments on this forum point to the benefits of our inclusive culture and we are keen to foster and extend this so talented people stay with the firm.
