Great benefits, easy time off (outpatient at Falmouth Hospital), one-on-one time with patient, good schedule flexibility, supportive management and great coworkers, paid doc time

Cons

Low pay for new grads, Inpatient is super understaffed and underresourced, Need to stay 4-5+ years to get valuable benefits/tuition reimbursement/bonuses

Culture can be negative for supervisors and above. The salary recommended are intended to be fair but if you ask you may be able to make more.
