      Cape has a Team environment. We work together to accomplish our goals. We are passionate about our work and hold each other accountable to complete required tasks. We enjoy what we do. We have a great Leadership Team and they are always approachable. We enjoy a work life balance.

      Pros

      Supportive work environment with helpful coworkers. Great work-life balance. Nice professional development processes are in place, and the company really cares about not only the growth of the company but also individual goals/development.

      Cons

      Might be fast-paced and highly energized at times with although I don't think this is a con.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at CAPE because we have a large variety of projects that I can contribute to, and really feel like I am making a difference in the environment. There are projects on the U.S. mainland, in Hawaii, and throughout the Pacific. The structure of the organization allows you to choose your path and visualize the next steps in your career. Everyone at CAPE is easy to reach out to if you need help and the schedule flexibility is wonderful. The people at CAPE genuinely want to see you and help you succeed.

      Cons

      One downside is that sometimes we get so busy with projects that workload can be hard to manage. Luckily, we have great supervisors who can reach out to other CAPE peers for support.
