The business office had a great team, fun people to work with. It was a small office with the chance to get to know everyone in different departments.

Cons

Usual government budgeting problems; low pay, little or no raises. The small nature of the office(s) limited career growth and advancement.

The students and the colleagues (NOT in administration or leadership)

Cons

Extreme retaliation for asking legitimate questions, you only get ahead by ratting out people with real concerns... NOT because of your talent, Morton requires unquestioned fealty or he will make your life miserable and will use all his connections and the "good old boy network" to do so, only try to get a job here if you're ok with selling your soul. Counting down the days until retirement.
