Great Co-workers, for the most part. Money is good. New state of the art ED with all private rooms is lovely. Aesthetically pleasing environment.

Cons

Not enough nursing staff, high rate of ED holding patients, Poor Management, lots of turnover in staff, underlying hostility in the work environment.
