      Pros

      Training on every topic (technical and soft skills) is available to all employees, no matter your level or job title.

      Cons

      Benefit package is excellent for full-time employees, but not good for project employees.

      Pros

      Good work environment. A great deal is expected of you, but in return you get support and a good opportunity to learn. Management supports you with the technology and training you need. Good salaries and 401K benefits, and industry leading health insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Because a lot is expected, and our colleagues are global, the hours can get long. Combining both medical and vacation leave into one bucket is great when you and your loved ones are healthy and you can take those unused days as leave, but bites if you have more than 1 or 2 sick or FMLA days a year and lose vacation days covering it.
