OK for fresh graduates, experienced folks -- stay away.

Pros

The company is a good place to gain experience working on real-life problems -- just what fresh graduates need. Don't overstay though.

Cons

The career path and salary augmentation isn't up to the market, moreover, when negotiating with facts in hand the management will try to guilt you... eventually the truth will surface -- consulting (low gearing model) just unable to pay more, which affect seniors and experienced folks big time -- you likely to get 2x-4x the same pay while doing the same. There is no culture in the company, just survival.

Bad experience, Altran is a camouflaged body rental agency, nothing more nothing less.

Pros

Almost nothing, Altran is not a company that I would recommend to a friend. Unfortunately, here in Italy, companies like Altran are lucky cause they are used by product-based companies to train new graduates.

Cons

No career opportunities; incompetent management; out-of-market salaries; no respect for the work done by employees; lack of meritocracy; what else??
