Friendly people, important customers, casual wear.

Cons

Low salaries. Ensure you negotiate a good entry salary because it will be hard to have a decent salary growth after that. Bad management. Some managers have absolutely no respect for the consultants. Poor promotions: Promotions are not based in your hard work, only in your manager's personal feelings.

Good travel policy and takes care of employee during travel

Cons

1. Work life balance is not good 2. Senior management is quite biased in promotions. Not based on the objective assessment, performance or seniority. It's based on who is your boss and how much power he/she has. 3. No respect of the number of years of service with Aricent. Message is why you are still with the company if you have served 17-18 years with the company.

Opportunities to work in positions which you are not qualified for. The management tend to have a very hands off approach. But you may be asked to work in places which are far from your home.

Cons

Low employee morale and very high staff turnover. No yearly pay increases at all. Only way to progress is by leaving.
