Great work culture. No timing restriction to work. No dress code. They provide good hike, average 8-9 % per annum.

Cons

Management keep changing the policies without taking employee's suggestion and impose new policies to employees which makes employee to feel bad.

Too much politics and group mentality. Every manager has a faithful team and they work in that small domain. Works only in telecom domain thus limited opportunity to grow
