      Nice people reporting to Burlington office.

      1. Heavy meeting schedules, atleast 30hrs per week of meetings for PMs, 15hra for engineers. 2. Constant change in scope.

      People are really nice to work with. And they are trying to do their best. Capgemini Engineering is growing. So the work is very interesting.

      Cons

      Basic processes are lacking. For a growing company, it is strange to see absolutely no strategic hires. Sometimes things get bureaucratic. Compensation is below par.
