      -You should consider Altran if you're a fresh out of college with a field of study that matches with their expertises. You'll get various experiences at their big clients. The best way to boost the market value of your resumé!

      I've been working with Aricent as a full timer for long time (nearly 8 years), so far its good. * Really depends on the team you work for and the managers, I'm a technical guy and team i worked are so co-operative * Talented people around

      * The recruitment of new people are not so good these days the interviews should be improved to select right talents to the organization * Some managers really don't care about their employees * Some teams have lots of working hours
