      Hierarchical. Lateral Hires beware! Global presence though Gurgaon calls the shots :) Old timers control the company's direction. Highly political.

      Pros

      A lot of good work products in niche and new technology areas in Communication Engineering. Some of the best minds in the business in Gurgaon-NOIDA area work here.

      Cons

      Company progress has stalled in the last 5-6 years. Management has tried a few different options but the fundamental gap between company's original make-up and current PE investors' idea of the company has led to a mixed bag scenario. Very high level of politics.
