      Pros

      Plenty of career paths. Lots of customer and opportunities to work for big firm in engineering industries. Good work-life balance for a consulting company. High flexibility. Overall good projects

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratized and formal. Compensation in Italy not so high. High chances you'll be rewarded with more responsibilities, but not more money. They require every single technical engineer must have a business acumen to go ahead in the career.

      Cons

      Very difficult growth, fuzzy internal processes, poor control on management, so most of your fate depends on who is your manager, salaries below the average.
