      Pros

      The best out there to improve your skills, and in the field of your choice. Cheerful and encouraging managers, the overall atmosphere around colleagues is great. Highly flexible remote work as well. Working hours are not as flexible, it depends on your manager.

      Cons

      A salary increase takes a lot of time and efforts. The salaries are not so bad at the end considering the cost of life in the city.
