Learn many new thing related to my stream and interests, training provided by them was also very good planned and properly scheduled and working environment is very good and loving. There were senior employees to help if anyone in trouble

sometime, i need to work for long hours after the office and Main Con is if we talk about salary, during recruitment they ensured to give Rs. 3.5 Lacs In-Hand Salary but when we had joined the company and the BOND is signed (21 months for compensation of Rs.75,000) they sent us a mail containing information regarding Salary Distribution to (out of 3.5 Lacs, Rs. 40,000 is deducted for funds (i do not remember the funds names) and Rs. 5000 for medical claim and Rs. 12,500 for other expenses in company). In all package was reduced to Rs. 2.93 Lacs IN-HAND salary Second one is after Date of Joining, we did not get any project in which we can improve our skills more, Skills and knowledge get stuck at certain limit and we did not able to the Company because we had signed the bond. So i worked there for 2 years and left the company.
