      Pros

      Most employees are very qualified. There is an open culture and it is very easy to speak with high-level managers and directors. The company is also very flexible in terms of Schedule.

      Cons

      I don´t see many cons in Altran Technologies. But if I had to say one I would say that salaries are not very high considering the employees' experience and qualification.

      Pros

      Good salary, Very little work to do if you are talkative and can dupe the dumb senior management/Directors because they are not professional engineers.

      Cons

      No serious or big project coming to this company from US clients. The technical presentations by incompetent/professionally zero senior management has scared away all the potential clients (unbelievable, but this is the truth). Senior management/Directors love to spend time on exercises that have no benefit and provide dumb reasons to CEO of Altran Solutions-USA (who is the only certified professional engineer in the Altran US).

      Relaxed work environment (although depends on project) Onsite available (less frequent thought, but yes) Easy to switch between different projects (strong IJPP culture) In general good work-life balance

      Cons

      Old school of management Average salary (really really average) No retention policy
