      If you can get on with management and listen to their needs and demands..it can be a good place to work, it's salary is slightly better than it's competitors.

      Cons

      - Bad management. - Favortism - Criticality more important than your performance - Little support from HR. One gets a feeling that anything your share with 'em it gets communicated to Management

      Gr8 work environment. Huge on site opportunities...trng is well and good. Aricent prepares you for the future...Great brand value overseas.

      Growth waz not good during recent global slowdown..Did not increased pay packages in the last 4 years...but overall good company
