Very low and non-competitive salary. Unjustified salary gaps between employees. HR is not based in Colombia, which creates delays and lack of context. Salary changes are made without employee consent, seemingly to avoid paying legal benefits. Limited to no real career growth in this role.

Poor management, very difficult to get a raise. It's one of those places where " no one gets a 5" on their performance review. You just have to hope for the best to get a raise.
