Direct management visible but not supportive nor engaged. Working as a consultant away from the company exposes the employees (working long hours that are seldom pays as supposed to —> you are given a local contract with a limited working hours when in reality Capgemini contract with the client does not reflect such limitation; in consequence the cliente is expecting you to work as many hours necessary. When u request an approval for the necessary extra time; your manager asks : “has the client requested and approved of this”?. How can they if their contract does mention such limitations. End of the history, you are trapped in a work environment where you are requested to work extra hours and your company won’t recognize (and the client is not concerned nor limited ). Career “evolution” is on the paper only. First salary revision after 5 years was approved for 4%.

It can be a relatively low starting salary compared to other companies.
