      Pros

      Good salary, many interesting projects (at least in Belgium), good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not so many. Maybe career progression could be faster. Anyway, as every consulting company, the overall experience depends most on the client you will be assigned; in my case I had luck and I currently do PM activities for a big automotive player in Brussels.
