      Practically none. I can't even say there is a decent office space because nobody goes in anymore.

      Cons

      super high turn over rate. incapable management, being just a staffing company and so on. They have put weak and useless managers in place which expect engineers who have to face the clients do the work. Basically this whole company runs on the shoulders of engineers and there is no support for them and only get the blame. Absolutely useless project management on almost all of the projects. This company charges the clients a lot of money and have offshore teams that only get a small fraction of what the company receives to do the work. There is no career outlook. you just get a salary and that's about it. Run as fast as you can. Full time employment here is not that different from being a contractor and don't let them fool you.
