Pros
Was working here for a couple years. Salary is great, company gives a lot of opportunities for professional growth, career growth and taking care of mental health of their people, a lot of educational activities, company provides clear career path for developers and follows it. I had a great manager, always supportive and that really drives and coaches you, giving all necessary feedbacks, listens to you. Life-work balance is great as well.
